Originating from Ireland, Beef and Guinness Stew is a traditional dish known for its rich, robust flavors. Our version features Gippsland beef slow-cooked in Guinness beer and chicken stock, blended with carrots, onions, celery, and smoky bacon. Infused with garlic, herbs, and spices, this stew highlights the unique, deep flavor of Guinness, which has been used in Irish cooking for centuries to tenderize meat and enrich sauces.
