What dietary preferences do you cater for?

Our weekly fresh meal boxes are only offered as set menus. These cannot be modified for specific dietary needs.

Our fill the freezer range caters to various dietary needs - gluten free, dairy free, vegan, Low FODMAP. These boxes are also nut free.

On occasion we are able to offer fresh meals with slight modifications to accommodate dietary needs (i.e. gluten free pasta swap) so please reach out by email with any requests: hello@newbubclub.com

Do you cater for food allergies?

All of our meals are made in a kitchen that handles all allergens and therefore we cannot guarantee allergen free meals. If you have a specific question about our meals and ingredients, please do not hesitate to contact us using the chat or emailing hello@newbubclub.com

Which meals will I receive?

Our menus rotate each week based on seasonal availability. We post the menu each week on our instagram page here.

The menu is set, meaning you cannot select the individual dishes you receive. In our customer survey, this was the preferred method for new and time poor parents because it is one less thing to think about each week!

DELIVERY

What is your delivery range?

We now deliver to most of Victoria. Once you add a product to your cart, you can enter your post code on the cart page to confirm whether we deliver to your post code and on which day/s. If your post code is not in our current range, please get in touch - hello@newbubclub.com.

Do you charge for delivery?

We charge $13.50 for inner Melbourne and $15 for outer Melbourne and regional Victoria. When you enter your post code at checkout, your delivery rate will be shown. This cost covers the delivery and collection of your box so it can be reused in our circular economy.

Will I get delivery ETA?

Our courier will text the recipient (or whichever phone number you include in shipping details) on the day of delivery with a live tracking link. You will also get a text when you are the next delivery and after your box is delivered.

What if I'm not home at delivery? Will the meals stay cold?

Unless you tell us otherwise in the delivery notes, we will leave your meal box in a safe place at the delivery address. The meals are delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs and will stay cold for 6+ hours on your doorstep.
