Ingredients

Free range chicken, tomato, capsicum, zucchini, eggplant, anchovie, onion, white wine (alc cooked off), extra virgin olive oil, capers, oregano, parsley, garlic, basil, paprika, salt, pepper.

How to serve

Defrost overnight in fridge. Bring to low simmer on stovetop adding water as needed or microwave ~3 mins. Serve with pasta, rice, or mash and top with sprinkle of grated cheese.
