Our Pumpkin Chickpea Curry (mild spice level) combines tender pumpkin and protein-rich chickpeas in a luscious blend of coconut cream and coconut milk. Pumpkin, chickpeas, onion, coconut cream, coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, ginger, herbs & spices.
Defrost overnight in fridge, bring to low simmer on stovetop for ~5 mins or microwave ~3 mins. Serve with rice, naan.
