This is our fresh weekly meal box, available as a one-off purchase or on a fully flexible subscription — the food is exactly the same, you simply choose how you’d like to buy it.

Each box includes 3 nourishing meals, with your choice of 2, 3 or 4 serves per meal.
Meals are delivered fresh each week, and any reusable packaging is collected and reused.

Each week’s dishes are announced in the scrolling banner at the top of this page, so you always know exactly what you’re getting before orders close. You can also view the menu up to a month in advance on our Instagram page.
