The apple brings natural sweetness and balance, while tamarind adds a subtle tang that cuts through the richness of the beef beautifully.

This is the beef only, so you can serve it however works for your family at home - piled into tacos or wraps, on a grain salad, with mash, or spooned over creamy mac and cheese.
