Slow-cooked, beef rendang made with a mild, from-scratch spice paste of lemongrass, garlic, galangal and warming spices. The beef is cooked low and slow until fall-apart tender, then finished with shredded coconut and kaffir lime for richness and depth. Comforting, nourishing, and easy to digest.

Beef chuck, coconut milk, carrot, onion, garlic, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, ginger, dried chillies, tamarind paste, brown sugar, desiccated coconut, oil, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves, salt
Defrost overnight in fridge, bring to low simmer on stovetop for ~5 mins or microwave ~3 mins. Serve with rice, naan.
