Classic Italian-style beef and pork meatballs, gently simmered in a rich Napoli sauce made from tomato passata, garlic and herbs. The meatballs are soft and juicy, with parmesan, parsley and a hint of fennel, and the sauce is slow-cooked until deeply flavoured. Served with fresh pasta - a proper, comforting meal the whole family will happily eat.

Beef mince, pork mince, tomato passata, onion, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, milk, egg, parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil, fennel seeds, dried Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, water
Defrost overnight in fridge, bring to low simmer on stovetop for ~5 mins or microwave ~3 mins. Serve with pasta, polenta, rice.
