Our Lentil Bolognese is a flavorful blend of Italian tomatoes, lentils, and mushrooms, simmered with onion, carrot, celery, and herbs like basil and rosemary. Lentils provide plant-based protein, fiber, and iron, supporting digestion and energy levels, while mushrooms add antioxidants and essential B vitamins. The rich tomato base offers vitamin C and lycopene for heart health, and extra virgin olive oil contributes healthy fats.

Italian tomatoes, lentils, mushrooms, water, tomato paste, onion, carrot, celery, salt, extra virgin olive oil, merlot & white wine (alcohol cooked out), spices, pepper, basil, rosemary.
Defrost overnight in fridge, bring to low simmer on stovetop for ~5 mins or microwave ~3 mins.
