Our Osso Bucco is a slow-cooked delight made with premium Gippsland Natural Beef, with carrots, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and a medley of fresh herbs and spices. The melt-in-your-mouth meat and savory flavors create a comforting, home-cooked meal that’s both nourishing and satisfying. Ideal for those nights when you need a wholesome, fuss-free dinner that the whole family will enjoy.

Serves 2.

Gippsland natural beef, carrot, sweet potato, tomato, onion, celery, white wine (alcohol cooked out), parsley, bay leaves, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, herbs & spices.

Defrost overnight in fridge, bring to low simmer on stovetop for ~5 mins or microwave ~3 mins. Serve with polenta, rice, or pasta.
