This slow-braised lamb and butter bean, inspired by Middle-Eastern superstar chef Ottolenghi, is hearty, wholesome and deeply comforting.

Tender lamb is slow-braised with caramelised onions, garlic, herbs, and a touch of anchovy for deep, savoury richness. Sweet cherry tomatoes, white wine and hearty butter beans round it out into a rustic Mediterranean-style stew that’s both nourishing and comforting. 

Packed with protein, fibre and slow-cooked goodness, it’s designed to refuel tired bodies and warm hungry hearts.
