Our version features butterbeans and lentils cooked in Guinness beer (alcohol cooked out), blended with carrots, onions, celery. Infused with garlic, herbs, and spices, this stew highlights the unique, deep flavor of Guinness. Perfect for a cozy, nourishing family meal.

Ingredients

Butterbeans, Lentils, Guinness Beer (alcohol cooked out), Carrot, Onion, Celery, Flour, Olive Oil, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Salt & Pepper, Spices, Herbs CONTAINS WHEAT

How to serve

Defrost overnight in fridge, then reheat in pan on low - medium heat until beef is tender. We don't recommend heating in the microwave (beef can get tough) but if you do, about 3 minutes until the beef is heated through
