Description
On the Menu

Small-batch Australian pasta made with locally sourced durum wheat semolina and slowly dried at a low temperature. Torchietti’s curled, twisted shape is perfect for catching Bolognese, Napoli sauce or pesto. Each 500g pack serves approximately four and cooks in around seven minutes.

Island Pasta Co. is a small, family-run business on the Mornington Peninsula, handcrafting pasta in small batches using traditional Italian family recipes and Australian-sourced flour.
